Compal in the 6th Corporate Governance Evaluation- Top 6%-20% in the listed companies

    The 6th Corporate Governance Evaluation has completed. The place of the listed company, Compal is in the top 6%-20%. Basic on the 901 listed companies and 699 over-the-counter companies in 2019, Taiwan Stock Exchange evaluate the performance of 1,600 companies in the industry they belong and divided into seven scales, which are top of 5%, 6％ to 20％, 21％ to 35％, 36％ to 50％, 51％ to 65％, 66％ to 80％, and 81％ to 100％. It gives the evaluation results of listed and over-the-counter company respectively. For 6 years, the Compal has received the recognition of Taiwan Stock Exchange and in 2019, the place of the Compal in the listed companies is in the top 6% to 20% in 2019.
  The Compal has followed its new blueprint of corporate governance in 2018 (refer as new blueprint), reviews, achieves our corporate governance system, and makes it perfect as well as leans no stone unturned in the corporate social responsibility to improve our international competitiveness.
