The place of the Compal Electronics in the 7th Corporate Governance Evaluation- Top 6%-20% in the listed companies

For 7 years, the Compal has received the recognition of Taiwan Stock Exchange. The 7th Corporate Governance Evaluation has completed. The place of the listed company, the Compal Electronics is in top 6%-20%. Basic on the 905 listed companies and 712 over-the-counter companies in 2020, Taiwan Stock Exchange evaluate the performance of 1,617 companies in the industry they belong and divided into seven scales, which are top of 5%, 6％ to 20％, 21％ to 35％, 36％ to 50％, 51％ to 65％, 66％ to 80％, and 81％ to 100％. It gives the evaluation results of listed and over-the-counter company respectively.

 

The Compal has followed its new blue print of corporate governance in 2018 (refer as new blue print), reviews, achieves our corporate governance system and makes it perfect as well as leans no stone unturned in the corporate social responsibility to improve our international competitiveness.
