Donator of the KPMG Dream Comes True Charity 2023

Department Head Yan-Ting Chang represented COMPAL in the KPMG donation call in 2023 to assist communities and young learners in remote areas. On the event on December 20th event, COMPAL marked its 10th  participation with donations of 1,000+ tablets and 170 used notebooks. Joining 12 other corporates, we renewed 214 old computers to improve the technology and information settings for people wishing to learn, regardless of age and distance, extending quality education whereever possible.

Since 2011, we have partnered with public, private, and academic scholarly sectors and repurposed 6,000+ digital devices (including notebooks, tablets, and AIO) to close the digital divide and remove inequality. Targeting remote schools, Digital Opportunity Centers (DOCs), and social welfare bodies, we aim at optimized education for all ages and endeavor to bring it to the underrepresented children and community members, encouraging digital learning and empowering people to chase their dreams. We With such a notion, we welcome 2024 under this initiative with love and happiness all year round."
