2023 "Pandora's Hope "by the W3 Troupe under the Sponsorship of COMPAL

COMPAL was honored to sponsor the Fountain of Wisdom Theater’s performance of the children’s cinema film "Pandora's Hope" performed by the Fountain of Wisdom Theatre,; a heartwarming event held at our corporate headquarters on September 14, 2023. For this occasion,The occasion gathered 117 students and teachers from Luzhu Elementary School, Chairman Cai of the HCI Foundation, and our dedicated Compal team members assembled. 

 

To make the day even more special, we organized a day trip for the students from Luzhu Elementary School. Under the guidance of their teachers, Tthey had the opportunity to explore the Taipei Astronomical Museum in the morning with the guidance of their teachers,, where they learned learning about Earth and the celestial bodies that adorn our universe.

In the afternoon, our Compal volunteers warmly welcomed the children as they filed in and took their seats. Chairman Cai of the HCI Foundation delivered an inspirational speech, encouraging the students to pursue their studies with determination, while Vice President Wang,  represented ing Compal Electronics in, extending extended a warm welcome. In return, Principal Yu of Luzhu Elementary School presented certificates of appreciation to both Compal Electronics and the HCI Foundation.

Compal Electronics, the HCI Foundation, and the Fountain of Wisdom Theatre Theater share a meaningful connection through the production "Finding the Lost Courage." production.Since 2016, Compal Electronics has supported been assisting the Fountain of Wisdom Theatre Theater in in bringing this play to children in various regions since 2016. Our goal is to give children in remote areas and those with special needs provide access to enriching valuable cultural experiences, especially for children in remote areas and those with special needs. From 2017 in Chiayi to until 2018 in Taitung and 2019 in Yunlin, the Compal volunteers have joined forcescollaborated with Fountain of Wisdom TheatreTheater volunteers volunteers, collectively to serving serve over four thousand individualspeople.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The the philanthropic collaboration between Compal Electronics and the Fountain of Wisdom Theatre Theater faced a hiatus of three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2023, we We eagerly anticipate await the adaptation of the theatre theater group adapting to smaller-scale performances in 2023, , allowing children to experience the magic up close. We hope the students from the Luzhu Elementary School will cherish treasure "Pandora's Hope," a story told especiallywritten particularly for them.
