As of the end of December 2025, Compal had a total workforce of 36,867 employees (including dispatched personnel), comprising employees at the Taiwan R&D Headquarters (including expatriates) and overseas operations. The workforce consisted of 7,567 employees in Taiwan, 12,974 in China, 15,325 in Vietnam, 827 in Brazil, 135 in the United States, and 39 in Mexico. The Company maintained a stable workforce structure, with no material changes in workforce size or composition compared with 2024.
In recent years, in response to market changes and industry challenges, Compal has flexibly adjusted its global production capacity to align with operational and production requirements, enhancing corporate resilience and building a more competitive and sustainable enterprise.

At the same time, we adopt diverse communication methods to

Women Power in Tech
We are committed to enhancing women's influence in the technology sector by setting clear, phased goals to increase the representation of female employees and managers. Through training programs, career development support, and fair promotion mechanisms, we create more growth opportunities for women, thus fostering diversity in the tech
industry. Moving forward, we will continue to build a more inclusive workplace, positioning women’s contributions as a vital force in driving corporate growth. In 2025, the proportion of female employees reached 41.05%, successfully achieving the Company’s target. At the same time, the proportion of women in STEM positions increased to 29.47%, surpassing the anticipated 2030 target ahead of schedule. While the proportion of female managers remains slightly below the target of 32%, historical data indicate a steady year-over-year upward trend in this indicator

In 2025, Compal hired a total of 16,824 new employees worldwide. Analysis of the workforce structure indicates that the majority of new hires were under the age of 30, reflecting the Company's continued efforts to promote organizational rejuvenation through campus recruitment and youth talent development programs. This talent strategy helps strengthen the Company's innovation capabilities and supports its long-term development in forward-looking fields such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and smart applications.

In 2025, the overall employee turnover rate decreased significantly compared with the previous year, indicating that the Company's retention initiatives have gradually delivered positive results. A further review of the voluntary turnover rate shows a decline from 28.57% to 17.68%, reflecting continued improvement in employee retention and workforce stability.
