Compal Electronics, Inc. (Compal) (TAIEX: 2324) today held 2020 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting (the “Meeting”). The Meeting ratified 2019 Business Report and Financial Statements, as well as the Distribution of Earnings for the year 2019. Separately, in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, Compal Board of Directors have approved the proposal of 2019 cash dividends of NT$1.2 per share (include earning distribution of NT$1.0 per share and additional cash distribution from capital surplus of NT$0.2 per share) on March 30, 2020. The proposal was reported in the Meeting today.
