Congratulations to COMPAL 2024 for winning the Gold Award again in the category of Technology R&D - Happiness Enterprise!
COMPAL has won the Gold Award in the category of “Technology R&D - Happy Enterprise Gold Award” every year since the first 1111 Human Resource Bank Happy Enterprise Award in 2019. 2024 COMPAL was represented by Mr. Wang Zhengqiang, the Vice President of Sustainability and Human Resource Manager, to receive the award on November 11, 2024, the fifth Happy Enterprise Award Ceremony.

According to the organizer, 1111 Human Resources Bank, more than 4,000 companies participated in the 2024 Happiness Enterprise Award, and a total of 494 companies were awarded the “Gold Award for Happiness Enterprise”. The voting activity also went through a preliminary selection, online voting, secret customer evaluation, and finally the Happy Enterprise Activity Team summarized the evaluations and selected the top 10~15% to be awarded the gold medal. COMPAL expects more employees' voices to be heard and more happy workplaces to be created every year.
