In November 2025, the COMPAL employee charity platform “COMPAL EcoPulse” was officially launched, inviting everyone to turn kindness into action!

We encourage colleagues to choose local ingredients, organic farming, and sustainable agriculture—eating healthier while supporting organizations that value biodiversity and environmental protection.

■ Tse-Xin Organic Agriculture Foundation (慈心基金會)
Through organic and eco-friendly farming, the foundation works to restore the relationship between people and the land, reconnecting “land–food–health” as an integrated community. It promotes biodiversity and habitat creation, introduces green conservation labels and nature-friendly farming practices, and reduces reliance on pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Farmland is viewed not only as a place for food production, but also as a home for wildlife, advancing both conservation and rural economic development.
■ Taiwan Kanner Autism Foundation (台灣肯納自閉症基金會)
The foundation is dedicated to promoting public understanding of Kanner syndrome (autism), and provides vocational training and job opportunities for autistic youth to build confidence and social interaction skills. It is developing “dual-aging homes” that connect families, communities, and the market into a shared support network, advancing human rights and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and fostering more diverse employment opportunities and stronger community resilience.
