In 2024, COMPAL employees continue to support the " Fly to the Dream Programme"  promoted by the HCI Foundation. A total of 283 COMPAL’s 268 employees and their families have collectively contributed NTD 2,808,200 to become sponsors for underprivileged children, helping 156 disadvantaged students across Taiwan with a year's worth of talent development learning. After this summer vacation, the new learning pairing between adults and children will provide mutual emotional support and encouragement.

 

From 2019 to 2024, over the past six years, 1,478 COMPAL employees have participated in the Dream Flight Program, donating a total of NTD 14,488,900 in scholarships to support children's education. The HCI Foundation has helped a total of 19,406 students through the “ Fly to the Dream Programme " from 2012 to 2023, with cumulative donations amounting to NTD 29,429,488.
