COMPAL Electronics was awarded the "Excellence Contribution Award" by Taipei City Mayor Chiang Wan-an on November 27, 2024, in recognition of its significant contributions to carbon reduction and green transportation in the Neihu Technology Park. Manager Zhao Zhihong from the Sustainable Development Office represented COMPAL at the ceremony.

COMPAL supports the "Neihu Green Transportation and ESG Promotion Project" initiated by the Taipei City Government's Department of Transportation and the Neihu Technology Park Development Association. This initiative includes extending the flexible working hours for employees by an additional half hour, allowing for more convenient commuting. In July of this year, COMPAL also encouraged its employees to participate in the "Reducing Carbon Footprint" initiative, which promotes the use of public transportation. As a result of its efforts, COMPAL secured first place in the carbon reduction activities.
