Every year, COMPAL prepares celebratory activities for its employees on Engineer's Day. In 2024, the theme is DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Workplace Friendly Month. In addition to inviting professional speakers for DEI lectures and raffle activities, the "DEI Diversity and Inclusion Book Fair" will be held from June 4 to June 6 in the atrium of the Ruiguang Technology Building. Employees from nearby office buildings and local residents are also welcome to come and read or choose books, bringing a cultural atmosphere to the Neihu community.
