
COMPAL and its supply chain partners are working together for mutual carbon reduction benefits. On March 20, Compal was honored with the "Edenred 2024 Ideal Green Carbon Reduction Sustainability Award," represented by Senior Manager Zhou Shuzhen.
COMPAL has always prioritized employee growth and welfare, investing resources in community cultural and sustainable environmental development, and caring for the educational quality of underprivileged children. Since 2018, Compal’s Welfare Committee has significantly replaced paper vouchers with Edenred's electronic welfare vouchers, including for important festivals, birthdays, and year-end lottery draws, to express gratitude for employees' hard work. This approach also aligns with COMPAL's goals of promoting digital innovation and achieving net-zero carbon emissions.
