Celebrating the 40th Anniversary "Compal Family Day" with Thousands of Participants
On June 1, 2024, COMPAL hosted its "Family Day" event, where Compal employees and their families traveled from Taipei, Pingzhen, Linkou, and Kaohsiung to Lihpao Land, celebrating Compal's 40th anniversary with a total of 12,805 participants. We would like to thank all the colleagues in the welfare committee for their hard work in planning this large-scale event and hope that every Compal partner and their family members who participated will create unforgettable memories of our 40+ celebration at Lihpao Land in 2024.
This time, it wasn't about meeting in the office, conference room, or online meetings. It might have been a hurried "Hi" while searching for the signs held by the 49 buses in the of Compal HQ, or getting stuck together on the road to Lihpao Land! We might have encountered each other at various attractions in Lihpao Land or cheered together in front of the performance stage. Perhaps we shared laughter in the Compal Water World, enjoying the happy sounds of children and seeing each other’s families.
In addition to inviting the "66 Babies" born in June, COMPAL Family Day featured outstanding performance groups and local artists, including the Chinyi Girls, YoYo, Golden Melody Award-winning singer Tanya Chua, and the rock band "831." The event cost over ten million NT dollars, aiming to provide COMPAL employees and their families with a full day of enjoyable activities at Lihpao Land.

Everyone only turns 40 once in their lifetime, and we celebrate COMPAL 's first 40 years together. In 2024, we will continue to innovate, research, and produce quality products, prioritize employee development and welfare, protect the environment, and share love and care.
