The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is one of the world’s most influential technology events, showcasing advancements across artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), 5G, smart home technology, autonomous vehicles, and more. It attracts leading global enterprises and startups presenting cutting-edge innovations.

At this event, Compal showcased our AI-integrated infrared sensing technology, designed to enhance driving safety by delivering clear vision assistance, improving object classification accuracy, and supporting automated emergency braking systems. This technology helps prevent collisions with road users, including vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians, particularly in nighttime conditions. We demonstrated its strong potential for real-world applications by deploying it on embedded platforms and test vehicles.

We also introduced Compal’s low-cost FMVSS 127 solutions, aimed at saving more lives by meeting critical safety standards. These innovations align with NHTSA’s mission and our shared goal of advancing technologies that protect road users and reduce traffic fatalities.

Our AI algorithms are designed for flexibility and can run efficiently on multiple system-on-chip (SoC) platforms, including NVIDIA, Qualcomm, and others, ensuring broad compatibility and seamless integration across automotive ecosystems.

During the exhibition, we engaged with multiple sensor suppliers, Tier 1s, and OEMs, facilitating in-depth technology demonstrations, discussions, and business collaborations.
