We have developed an advanced automated training system that covers the entire process, from data collection, AI model training to model deployment. The system operations are as below:
1. Data Collection: The system continuously monitors and collects data through sensing devices. These data come from various sensors such as LiDAR, radar, cameras, GPS, etc.
2. Data Transmission: After data collection, the system automatically uploads the data to cloud storage. Subsequently, the data was transmitted to the data server for package analysis to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
3. Data Pre-labeling: After data analysis, we utilize Auto-Labeling technology to quickly pre-label the data.
4. Labeling and Cleaning: To ensure the quality of labeled data, professionals correct the pre-labeled data, eliminating errors or inconsistencies so as to enhance data reliability.
5. Data Storage and Analysis: The cleaned and high-quality data will be automatically uploaded to the internal database for data analysis, including data distribution and quality check.
6. Model Retraining: AI models will be retrained by the cleaned and high-quality data to ensure keeping optimal performance.
7. Model Deployment: Finally, the system automatically deploys the trained AI model on the target platform.
