Compal Electronics, Inc. has recently received multiple reports of fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals impersonating our affiliated company, 弘記投資股份有限公司, or falsely using the name of our Chairman, Mr. Ray Chen (陳瑞聰). These scammers operate through platforms such as YouTube, Line, Instagram (IG), Threads, X, and others—creating groups, fan pages, or communities to disseminate false information, solicit investment funds, or promote so-called high-return investment schemes or stocks.

We hereby state unequivocally that these actions are not authorized or endorsed by Compal Electronics, Inc., any of our affiliated entities (including but not limited to 弘晉投資股份有限公司, 弘記投資股份有限公司, and 鵬寶科技股份有限公司), or Chairman Ray Chen. We do not engage with investors through such channels and strongly condemn all fraudulent activities.

We urge all investors to remain vigilant and safeguard their personal information and financial assets. If you receive any suspicious communications claiming to be from Compal Electronics, our affiliated companies, or Chairman Ray Chen—especially those requesting payments, remittances, or sensitive personal data—please do not engage.
