Compal Electronics (Compal; Stock Ticker: 2324.TW) has once again made a significant move in the server solution business by announcing a partnership with the Electronics division of Kalyani Group to enter the Indian market.

The two parties have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop server business using locally manufactured solution in India, echoing the Indian government’s “Make in India” policy. Compal will provide technological support related to servers, including overseeing local production, assembly, testing activities, and final sales.
