工作內容:
1. Lead, manage, and evaluate the procurement team (including supervisors and specialists), set performance KPIs, and provide career development guidance.
2. Negotiate long-term supply plan with core suppliers, optimize supplier structure, and maintain high-level supplier relationships to ensure stable supply.
3.. Monitor market trends of server raw materials supply-demand changes and conduct risk assessment; develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions (e.g., shortages, logistics delays).
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D, and other departments to coordinate procurement schedules, control procurement budgets, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
需求條件:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields; 8+ years of procurement experience in the server/hardware industry, with 3+ years of team management experience.
2. Profound knowledge of server raw material specifications, supplier ecosystems, and global procurement processes; familiar with international trade regulations and customs clearance procedures.
3. Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; able to balance cost, quality, and supply stability.
4. Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools; strong ability to analyze procurement data.
5. Fluent in English (both written and spoken, TOEIC 500+); good communication and leadership skills to drive team performance.
