工作內容：

System/FATP
1. NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation (layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc)
2. Mechanical integration, BOM validation, cable routing
3. Integrate server systems and validate mechanical builds
4. Set up and optimize System lines for NPI and mass production
5. SOP standard document creation & production line staff training
6. New Product Introduction (NPI) : support to define NPI process and flow chart and keep tracking NPI progress to make sure NPI runs smoothly
7. New process and cutting-edge technology study (e.g. DLC (Liquid cooling for B300, AI Server process etc.)
8. Define and implement standard procedure to achieve production quality and efficiency
9. Leading the analysis, verification, and resolution the line issue troubleshooting
10. Assist the production department and quality department in improving the yield rate.
11. Validation and implementation of ECN/ECR Firmware and Hardware changes
12. Improvement of factory production processes, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings.
13. Performs other related duties as assigned.

o Experience with system integration management.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills.
o Familiar with system (FATP) processes.
o Preferred: Experience with system integration management.
o Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
o Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
