工作內容：

1. QBR & Customer Satisfaction
a) Ensure high product quality, on time delivery, clear communication, and quick issue resolution.
2. Factory Operation Management
a) focus on efficient production planning, strong team leadership, process standardization, cost control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, while ensuring safety and compliance
3. Budget Control Management
a) Control production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead
4. Order Fulfillment Management
a) Ensure on time delivery, in order to fulfil Customer demand.
b) Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory to ensure smooth operations
5. Process Innovation & Automation Implementation
a) Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
6. Production Management
a) Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and deadlines.
7. Quality Control & Management
a) Ensure all products meet quality standards and support quality assurance activities.
8. Health & Safety Management
b) Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
Ensure compliance with all local labor, environmental, and industry regulations
