Compal volunteers x New Dawn Shelter Workshop participated in the Eco Fair at Daan Forest Park

Compal volunteers set off on October 23! They worked to assist the shelter workshop of Hualien New Dawn Home for the Disabled as it set up a booth to sell charity goods at the Eco Fair at Daan Forest Park. At the fair, Wei Qiu-Rui, the senior vice president, also came to support the charity sale in person. On the day of the event, the sun was shining brightly. Simultaneously, people who visited and participated in the Eco Fair enjoyed the scavenger hunt most enthusiastically as they supported the event. The products made by Hualien New Dawn Shelter Workshop and Taitung Mindfarm Center for the Mentally Disabled were all sold out.

 

Compal Electronics encourages its colleagues to participate in volunteer services and also supports people with disabilities to get enrolled in the workplace to become independent.
