On September 27, Compal had delivered medical supplies for the prevention and control of NCP to the Vietnam Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei (VECO), hoping to help the Vietnamese survive the severe challenge and test from Covid-19 epidemic.

In subsequent to its preceding efforts as Compal participated in the thank-you news released published on Nissan Kei Shimbun on June 13th, rendering thanks to Japan for donating AZ vaccine to Taiwan "without compensation." Next, it donated NT$100 million on August 16th to help Tzu Chi Foundation for purchasing BNT vaccine to help Taiwanese lead their life with a peace of mind. More than these two previous works, Compal has further put more efforts into epidemic prevention as it continues assisting other countries to confront NCP and strive in epidemic prevention work to save more lives.

Since the outbreak of the fourth-wave NCP in Vietnam on April 27, 766,110 cases of local infections have been accumulated, while 554,762 of the patients have been declared being cured. Nonetheless, rapid increase in the number of people infected has rendered the medical resources in various regions of the country turning most stringent and critical.
Compal Electronics has, based on the mindset in caring for healthy life of Vietnamese employees and their families, exerted the spirit of international cooperation in fighting against the epidemic, and donated medical supplies to Vietnam, including rapid test kits, protective clothing, and N95 masks, with a value totaling about NT$1 million as instructed under the guidance of the General Manager, Weng Tsong-bin, Vice Chairman, Chen Rui-cong, and Chairman Hsu Sheng-hsiung. All of these materials are donated to support Vietnam's fight against the epidemic, overcome the epidemic the soonest, and return to normal life.
