2021 Compal x Acer the eco-friendly tasks- E-waste Recycling Activity

COMPAL had originally planned to organize the first waste 3C recycling activity on May 13, but it was cancelled due COVID-19.  With the earnest expectations of colleagues, the "2021 Environmental Task - 3C Products Recycling" was held on November 25.  Colleagues were mobilized in all Taipei offices to cooperate as good partners with the "Acer Earth Recycling Plan" to help fulfill SDG12 Responsible Consumption and Protection.

Colleagues were encouraged to practice the "let it go" action with the determination of sharing love and protecting the environment to achieve tidying up and reorganizing our lives.  Colleagues participated in the "environmental task" by recycling unnecessary 3C products and the proceeds will be donated to the "Orphan Welfare Foundation," to help orphans grow up in a compassionate and tolerant society.  121 COMPAL colleagues participated in the activity, with a total weight 857.5kgs of recycled objects collected.  COMPAL continues to exert its corporate influence, focuses on the effects of climate change on society, calls on colleagues to participate in public welfare initiatives with communities, social welfare groups and business partners in order to support the United Nations 17 SDGs with tangible actions.
