工作內容：

Component Management
- Select 2nd sources parts (IC, passive.) based on electrical, mechanical, manufacturability standards and reliability requirements.
- Track ECRs and PCNs.
- Manage lifecycle status (NRND, EOL, restricted materials) and maintain approved vendor lists (AVL).

NPI Support
- Ensure 2nd source BOM/CE BOM accuracy and alignment with project milestones.
- Track and resolve component-related issues during build phases.

Quality & Reliability Assurance
- Review lab test reports, identify gaps, and suggest corrective actions.
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality or reliability issues.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Participate in regular meetings with SQE, sourcing, and EE teams.
- Support customer communication regarding component status, risk, and readiness.

需求條件：

1. 5+ years of component management and hands-on experience with component test execution
2. Comfortable with reading and writing in English
3. Short term business trip to Compal factory is required.
4. Good at EXCEL jobs.
