工作內容：

1. Infrastructure Management and Set up:
a) Maintain and upgrade servers, networks, computers, and cloud systems.
b) Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
2. System Administration & Support:
a) Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, connectivity).
b) Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and applications.
3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection:
a) Implement security policies, firewalls, antivirus, and data backup solutions.
b) Prevent and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
4. IT Strategy & Planning:
a) Align IT systems with business goals and growth plans.
b) Plan and manage IT budgets and technology roadmaps.
5. Software & Application Management:
a) Deploy and manage enterprise software (e.g., ERP, MES, CRM).
b) Support licensing, updates, and user access control.
6. Compliance & Governance:
a) Ensure IT practices meet regulatory and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
b) Conduct audits and risk assessments.
7. IT Project Management:
a) Lead or support system implementation, migration, and digital transformation projects.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

需求條件：

o Experience with IT management.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills.
o Familiar with EMS/ODM factory processes.
o Preferred: Experience with IT management.
o Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
o Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
