工作內容：

1.Design RF front-end circuits, including PA, LNA, filters, switches, and matching networks._x000D_
2.Perform 3D EM simulation using Ansys HFSS, including RF PCB structures, impedance matching, coupling, and isolation analysis._x000D_
3.Utilize Keysight ADS for RF circuit simulation and optimization._x000D_
4.Review and optimize RF PCB layout, routing, grounding, and signal integrity._x000D_
5.Perform RF tuning, verification, debugging, and root cause analysis._x000D_
6.Independently drive technical issues to resolution and collaborate with cross-functional teams._x000D_
7.Support advanced RF development, including RF instrumentation and emerging technologies

需求條件：

Basic Qualifications_x000D_
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related fields._x000D_
2.3–10 years of RF hardware design and debugging experience._x000D_
3.Solid RF knowledge, including S-parameters, impedance matching, noise figure, and RF linearity._x000D_
4.Hands-on experience with Ansys HFSS is strongly preferred._x000D_
5.Familiar with RF test equipment, including VNA, spectrum analyzer, and signal generator._x000D_
6.Proactive, quick learner, strong sense of ownership, and independent problem-solving ability._x000D_

Preferred Qualifications_x000D_
1.Proficient in Ansys HFSS for 3D EM simulation, RF PCB optimization, and simulation-to-measurement correlation._x000D_
2.Experience with Keysight ADS for RF circuit simulation and matching network design._x000D_
3.Familiar with Qualcomm or MediaTek platforms and 5G NR/LTE RF architecture._x000D_
4.Experience in RF performance optimization, hardware bring-up, and manufacturing issue debugging._x000D_
5.Knowledge of PLL, phase noise, RF DAC/ADC, or high-frequency RF front-end design is a plus.
